the Platinum Protection Plan.


This is our premium tier of service, giving you any-time remote support, priority response on trouble-tickets, and a dedicated on-call service technician. In addition to regular monthly preventative maintenance, Platinum Protection Plan members receive our exclusive “Whole System Coverage” package. If one of your computers fails, we will replace it with a brand new one, up to a thousand dollar value at no additional charge. If no systems fail during the term of your contract, we’ll replace your oldest computer absolutely free for renewing next year!

the Gold Protection Plan.


The Gold Protection Plan is our standard tier of service. In addition to offering regular monthly preventative maintenance, Gold members receive remote support during business hours, full access to our help-desk trouble-ticket system, & our exclusive “Hard Drive Coverage” package. If you encounter a hard drive failure, we will replace the drive and get you back up and running at no additional cost. Plus, if you haven’t had a hard drive failure during the term of your contract, we’ll replace your oldest hard drive free of charge for renewing next year!

As the foundational tier of service, our Silver Protection Plan offers essential weekly in-office maintenance, to keep your systems running optimally, & remote support during business hours. Small Business Plan.


As a member of the RBG "Small Business" coverage plan, you receive one "contract hour" per computer covered, per month. "Contract hours" can be used toward remote tech-support, consulting, or research services. Service hours beyond those provided in your contract are billed at our standard rates.

"Small Business" clients have access to our online Help Desk, a trouble-ticketing system that lets us track the status of any IT issues you may have from their onset through their resolution.

The basic "Small Business" coverage plan covers up to 5 computers - with the options to cover as many as 10.
